Your subscription includes a specific number of users. When the count of active users in your account exceeds that number, the connector displays an informational banner at the top of the page.
This is informational, not a block. Users can still sign in, create and edit data sources, refresh Power BI reports, and use every feature normally. Nothing is disabled by the banner.
Any overage against your included user count is reconciled at renewal per your contract with Metrica — not enforced by the software. If you expect to consistently run above the included count, reach out via Contact Support and we’ll adjust your plan to the right size.
To review the current active users on your account, an administrator can visit the Users tab in Administration.
