Business plan #
The Business plan includes the standard connector functionality required for HubSpot Power BI reporting.
With this plan, users can:
- Create and manage unlimited data sources
- Select unlimited HubSpot objects and fields
- Apply filters to exported data
- Use incremental refresh
- Use ERD to review HubSpot object relationships
- Connect data sources to Power BI
Choose Business if your team needs to build and refresh Power BI reports based on HubSpot data and does not require an audit record for connector activity.
Enterprise plan #
The Enterprise plan includes all Business functionality and adds Audit Log & Change History.
Audit Log & Change History is essential when HubSpot data is used in Power BI reports that support management decisions, revenue analysis, customer operations, or compliance-sensitive workflows. In these cases, teams need more than access to data. They also need a record of how that access is created, changed, and used.
The audit record covers three areas:
- Data sources: who created, edited, cloned, transferred, or deleted a data source, and what changed
- Access tokens: every access token issued, revoked, or expired
- Exports: every time Power BI pulled data from a HubSpot data source
Use Enterprise if your organization needs to:
- Maintain an audit record of HubSpot data access in Power BI
