Two paths. Either transfer ownership before you leave (Transfer data source ownership), or an administrator can delete or anonymise your records under GDPR right-to-erasure. The data source itself can survive an ownership transfer; an anonymisation marks ownership rows so reports keep working but the audit trail no longer carries your identity.
