You can track all changes made to your data sources, including edits, field updates, sharing changes, and more.
Open History (All Data Sources) #
Go to History in the left sidebar and open the Data sources history tab.
Here you can see:
- All changes across all data sources
- Who made the change
- When it was made
- What exactly was changed

You can also:
- Use search to find specific data sources
- Filter by:
- Ownership (All / My data sources / Shared with me)
- Date

Open History for a Specific Data Source #
You can also view history for a single data source:
- Go to Data Sources
- Click ⋯ (three dots) next to a data source
- Select History

What You Can See in History #
Each record includes:
- Date – when the change happened
- User – who made the change
- Data Source Name
- Action – e.g., added fields, deleted fields, shared data source
- Changes – detailed list of what was modified
This helps track configuration updates and understand how a data source evolved over time.
