What data can I export from Salesforce?

What Data Can I Export from Salesforce? #

You can export all standard and custom Salesforce objects available in your organization.

This includes data from:

  • Sales Cloud
  • Service Cloud
  • Marketing-related objects
  • Custom apps and installed packages

How Data Is Organized #

Objects are grouped into tabs for easier navigation.

  • Core & Most Relevant – commonly used objects (e.g., Account, Contact, Case)
  • Sales & Commerce, Support, etc. – standard Salesforce product areas
  • Additional tabs appear automatically for installed apps or custom products

Custom Apps and Products #

If your organization uses additional apps or integrations, their objects will appear in separate tabs.

  • Tabs are created automatically
  • No extra setup is required
  • Example: a custom or installed app appears as its own tab

What Is Not Included #

Some technical or system-level objects are excluded:

  • Objects without practical reporting value
  • Internal system data not intended for analytics

This keeps the interface clean and focused on useful data.

Permissions Matter #

The connector respects your Salesforce permissions:

  • You only see objects you have access to
  • If you don’t have access to a product or app, its objects will not appear

💡 Summary #

  • All relevant Salesforce objects can be exported
  • Data is grouped by product and apps
  • New apps appear automatically
  • Your access depends on Salesforce permissions
