No. Data sources, access tokens and the authorization are records stored inside the org where the connector is installed, so a sandbox install and a production install are independent and nothing is copied between them.
To go live, install the connector in production, run the setup, recreate the data sources, create a production access token, and replace the URL and token in your Power BI reports. The step-by-step order is in Sandbox or production org?.
